ERO Report

Kia ora St Benedict's School community,

I’m pleased to share the results of our recent Education Review Office (ERO) report, which highlights the great progress and dedication within our school. ERO was onsite late last year to undertake this evaluation. The report acknowledges that outcomes for our learners are excellent, with no significant inequities between groups of students - something we can all be incredibly proud of.

ERO also recognised the work we are doing to strengthen our local curriculum and noted that quality teaching is becoming increasingly consistent across the school. It was encouraging to see the positive feedback about the systems and processes we are embedding to support continuous improvement and learner success, now and into the future. 

At the recent Board meeting, the board shared their support of the report’s findings, the ongoing areas for improvement and expressed their appreciation for the staff's hard work during this process.
